Village Green offers the full spectrum of property lease-up and management services. Our highly successful multidisciplinary and regional integration provides time and cost efficiencies that simultaneously benefit clients, partners, and residents.

Accounting Services –  The CPA’s of Accounting Services provide industry leading financial reporting for impactful decision making. They support most industry specific platforms for flexibility, adaptability and integration with private and institutional client’s systems. 

Construction – Village Green Construction performs renovations of any size or type in both suburban and high-rise urban properties.  Village Green Construction coordinates architects, consultants, government approvals and preferred national suppliers to maximize efficiencies. 

Human Resources – Village Green offers complete benefits management, including recruiting and training from the University of Village Green - our 20-year-old, award-winning training program that provides multi-year training and mentorship for all levels and career tracks.

Interior Design – Our highly experienced in-house design division, Village Green Interiors, is a full-service studio providing creative design services for new and renovating properties. All projects include extensive client collaboration and innovative solutions to a determined need and budget. 

Landscape Design – Whether it’s new or existing, suburban or urban, Village Green Landscape Architecture supports and consults on the maintenance and curb appeal of all exterior spaces. Beautiful entrances, grounds, clubhouses, water features and streetscapes are created giving residents a way to connect with nature and increasing long-term value.

Marketing Services – This is our in-house advertising agency responsible for supporting and promoting properties. Services include graphic design, public relations, website development, social media and search engine optimization (SEO), along with digital and traditional media placement.

Operations Services – This department manages the technological structure and digital presence for the complete integration of all aspects of Village Green. It includes: state of the art IT systems for managing computers and communications; the latest property management software with help-desk support and training; resident rent and utility billing payment programs; and support for property transitions.
