Village Green Management Expanding in Hot Texas Apartment Market
National Apartment Property Manager Grows in Dallas and Austin
Farmington Hills, MI February 9, 2017 – Village Green, one of the nation’s largest multifamily property management companies, was recently selected to manage four premier properties in Texas. They are managed from the company’s regional office in Dallas.
“Our continued growth in Texas is attributable to the strong foundation we laid 13 years ago when we first started managing here. We established ourselves with local multifamily property owners by the results we achieved while building relationships with the community - like our affiliation with the Dallas Ronald McDonald House. Our name for this method is We Care,” said Diane Batayeh, President/COO of Village Green.
Three of the properties are luxury apartment communities owned by JLB Partners of Dallas; Live Oaks at the Branch (Dallas), Teak at the Branch (Dallas), and Echo (Austin). All three are characterized by their attention to contemporary design, well-appointed amenities and entertainment-oriented locations. Village Green manages over 1,500 units in three states for JLB Partners.
The fourth is the historic Butler Brothers Building in downtown Dallas owned by Alterra International of Dallas, who just finished redeveloping the property from commercial to mixed-use. The unique property includes 238 loft-style apartments, a dual branded Marriott hotel, restaurants and commercial space designed to appeal to the urban renter.
Alterra hired Village Green to market and complete lease-up of the apartment community portion because of their extensive experience and success with historic redevelopment properties. In 2015, Village Green’s Soo Line Building in Minneapolis won Best Large Apartment Community in the country from the National Apartment Association on its 100th Anniversary.
