Village Green offers the full spectrum of property lease-up and management services. Our highly successful multidisciplinary and regional integration provides time and cost efficiencies that simultaneously benefit clients, partners, and residents.

Accounting Services –  The CPA’s of Accounting Services provide industry leading financial reporting for impactful decision making. They support most industry specific platforms for flexibility, adaptability and integration with private and institutional client’s systems.

Capital Improvement Services – Village Green’s Capital Services Team managers requests, leads contracting and develops construction operations. They also publish project budgets and coordinate communication between agents and general contractors.

People Services – Village Green offers complete benefits management, including recruiting and training from the Village Green University - our 20-year-old, award-winning training program that provides multi-year training and mentorship for all levels and career tracks.

Interior Design – Our highly experienced in-house design division, Village Green Interiors, is a full-service studio providing creative design services for new and renovating properties. All projects include extensive client collaboration and innovative solutions to a determined need and budget.

Marketing Services – This is our in-house advertising agency responsible for supporting and promoting properties. Services include graphic design, branding, custom website development, social media and search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ad Words, along with digital and traditional media placement.

Operations Services – This department includes the Innovation and Technology (IT) Department and the Business Intelligence Analytics (BIA) Department. IT manages the technological structure and digital presence for the complete integration of all aspects of Village Green. This includes: state of the art IT systems for managing computers and communications, the latest property management software with help-desk support/training, resident rent and utility billing payment programs, and support for property transitions. BIA researches and provides insights and analytics as it relates to internal processes and procedures. They are responsible for: managing all activities relating to the investigation of data, provide information to internal leadership that will allow for pro-active decision making as it relates to company finances, performance, and spending, and provide expert insight into operating systems and data point software.
