Cats:
- Pet Rent: $50 per pet, per month.
- Pet Deposit: $200 (refundable)
- Pet Fee: $300 (non-refundable)
Dogs:
- Pet Rent: $50 per pet, per month under 35lbs. $75 per pet, per month 35lbs and up.
- Pet Deposit: $200 under 35lbs, $350 35lbs and up (refundable)
- Pet Fee: $300 (non-refundable)
