Welcome to One University Circle’s priority waitlist program. Joining our priority waitlist allows you the ability to customize your reservation by your preferences and lifestyle needs. If you are looking to move-in within the next 90 days, please contact us directly as we may already have an option that will interest you.
If you are interested in living at One University Circle and plan to move-in beyond 90 days from today, please complete the application above to join our priority waitlist. Once we receive your application, you will be sent a priority reservation form allowing you to customize your top three choices by floorplan, a move-in date anticipated, floor level, view and more. We will then notify you as homes become available matching your preferences and allow you the first right of refusal or the ability to secure the apartment of your choice. You can expect to know your available options 60 days in advance of the anticipated move-in date you have provided to us.
The cost associated with joining our priority waitlist is a non-refundable application fee of $100 and a priority deposit of $250 to hold your spot in line. Your priority deposit will be refunded to you if no availability fits your needs. You are not held to obligations of any kind until you have the lease agreement for a specific apartment.
