Cats:
- Rent: $50 per pet, per month.
- Deposit: $200 (refundable)
- One-Time Fee: $300 (non-refundable)
Dogs:
- Rent: $50 per pet, per month for dogs 34 lbs and under. $75 per pet, per month for dogs 35 lbs and up.
- Deposit: $200 (refundable) for dogs 34 lbs and under. $350 (refundable) for dogs 35 lbs and up.
- One-Time Fee: $300 (non-refundable)
